The Camry is the only sedan in Toyota Nepal's range and is listed as price on request, in a single Hybrid Electric version.
Its 2,487 cc petrol engine (178 BHP, 221 Nm) is paired with an 88 kW, 202 Nm electric motor and a CVT driving the front wheels. Toyota claims 15 to 19 km/L, with no test standard named; for a large sedan that is a useful figure, and hybrids tend to do best in slow city traffic. The fuel tank holds 50 litres.
This is a long, low car: 4,885 mm long, 1,455 mm tall and riding on a 2,825 mm wheelbase. Ground clearance is 155 mm, the lowest of any Toyota on the site, so steep ramps, speed breakers and unpaved roads need care.
