Smaller and cheaper than the ATTO 3, the ATTO 2 is a five-seat electric SUV offered in three trims. The Essential costs an indicative Rs 45,95,000 ex-showroom (official site, October 2026) and carries a 45.12 kWh battery with a claimed WLTP range of 312 km. The Premium (Rs 48,99,000) and Superior (Rs 51,99,999) share a larger 51.13 kWh pack rated at 345 km.

Every trim uses a 100 kW motor. The site quotes 290 Nm of torque for the Essential and Premium but leaves torque and seating out of the Superior's row, and it doesn't explain what the Superior adds over the Premium for its extra Rs 3 lakh. Buyers should ask the dealer before paying more.

The ATTO 2's ground clearance of 200 mm is the highest in BYD's Nepal range, a real plus on rutted side roads and steep driveways. Wheels wear 215/60 R17 tyres and there is a 12.8-inch screen. The boot holds 380 litres. Warranty is shorter than on bigger BYDs at 6 years or 1,50,000 km for battery and vehicle (terms apply). There are six colours, including Breeze Green and Turquoise Blue.
