Who it suits: Buyers wanting BYD's largest electric SUV who are prepared to confirm the missing specs with the dealer first.
The Sealion 7 is the most expensive BYD with a published price in Nepal: an indicative Rs 92,99,999 ex-showroom (official site, October 2026) for the single Standard version. It is a five-seat electric SUV with a 71.8 kWh battery and a claimed WLTP range of 440 km.
Charging figures are clear: up to 110 kW DC, with 20-80% quoted at 40 minutes, and 7 kW AC for home charging. The chassis uses double wishbones at the front and a multi-link rear, with ventilated discs all round and drilled discs at the front, a more elaborate setup than the smaller BYD SUVs.
The spec sheet has gaps. The site lists 380 Nm of torque but gives a motor power figure that doesn't match it, so we haven't published power until the distributor confirms it. Cimex's model page does not yet list the warranty terms, and ground clearance, boot space and screen size aren't given. At this price, buyers should ask the dealer for a full spec sheet and written warranty terms before booking. Compared with the ATTO 3 Superior, it offers the same seating and similar range for around Rs 15 lakh more.
Indicative only. Banks add service charges and may price your loan differently.
