What the Ntorq 150's extra money buys

From the TVS Nepal page for the 150:

  • Single-channel ABS and a traction control system.
  • Projector LED headlamp, which TVS calls a first in its segment.
  • Hybrid TFT and LCD console with Bluetooth, turn-by-turn navigation, last parked location, integrated start-stop and ride stats.
  • 22 litres of under-seat storage, a 2-litre front glove box, an adjustable brake lever and hazard lamps.

For the 125, TVS lists a Bluetooth-connected console with 60 features (Disc FI) and, on the XP, Street and Race riding modes, voice assist and a front disc (SBT). Our data for the 125 pages does not list ABS, so ask the showroom what braking aid your 125 version has.

What we like

  • Ntorq 150: 9.7 kW and 14.2 Nm, the most power and torque of the range
  • Ntorq 150: single-channel ABS and traction control listed
  • Ntorq 150: 22 L under-seat storage listed
  • Ntorq 125 Disc FI: Rs 2,93,900, with a Bluetooth console and LED headlamp

What could be better

  • Ntorq 125 Disc FI: heaviest here at 118 kg, ABS not listed

Mileage and running cost

TVS Nepal does not publish a km/l figure on the pages we used, for either engine. To work out your own cost per km, divide the petrol price by the mileage you measure. With petrol at Rs 200 a litre (Nepal Oil Corporation, October 2026), a scooter returning 40 km/l would cost Rs 5 a km. That 40 km/l is only an example to show the sum, not a TVS claim. The bigger engine may use more fuel, but TVS gives no figure, so we do not guess. Our petrol price guide tracks the current rate.

EMI example

Lenders regulated by Nepal Rastra Bank can finance at most 60% of a private vehicle's price, so plan on at least 40% down. TVS Nepal does not publish a finance rate on these pages. As an example only, we use 8.99% over 36 months, the rate Bajaj's finance partner announced in July 2026 as reported by The Himalayan Times.

EMI, 36 months at 8.99% about Rs 5,610 about Rs 6,030 about Rs 6,390 about Rs 7,060

The 150 costs about Rs 1,450 a month more than the Disc FI on this example and Rs 30,400 more cash down. Ask the dealer for the real rate and fees, and test your own numbers in the EMI calculator. Our bike and scooter loan guide covers documents.
