Seven versions make up the Taigun range in Nepal, priced from Rs 54,90,000 for the Comfortline 1.0 TSI MT to Rs 94,90,000 for the GT Plus Sport 1.5 TSI (indicative ex-showroom offer prices, official site, October 2026). The distributor also advertises cash discounts of up to Rs 3 lakh and an exchange bonus, which are not reflected in these figures.
Most buyers will be choosing among the 999 cc 1.0 TSI versions, rated at 115 PS. The Comfortline and Comfortline Plus use a 6-speed manual; the Highline, GT Line and Topline switch to an 8-speed automatic and add cruise control. The step from Comfortline to Comfortline Plus, only Rs 1 lakh, brings a 10.1-inch screen in place of the 7-inch one, a rear camera and 205/60 R16 tyres. Sunroofs arrive higher up: electric on the GT Line, panoramic on the Topline. ESC is listed on every version.
The two GT Plus models use the 1,498 cc 1.5 TSI with 150 PS and a 7-speed DSG. The site contradicts itself on the GT Plus Sport, calling it a manual on the price list and a DSG on the model page, so confirm before booking. Torque is not stated for either engine, and the Comfortline Plus lists front dual airbags while the cheaper Comfortline claims six.
