The Apache RTR 160 2V is the entry to TVS's Apache range in Nepal, sold in two versions. Oddly, the ABS version is listed cheaper, at an indicative ex-showroom Rs 3,49,900, than the FI version at Rs 3,64,900 (official site, October 2026).

Both use a 159.7 cc engine with a 5-speed gearbox and electric start. TVS quotes the FI version at 11.8 kW and 13.85 Nm in Sport mode, dropping to 9.8 kW and 12.7 Nm in the Urban and Rain modes; the ABS version is listed at 11.19 kW and 13.08 Nm. Ground clearance is a useful 180 mm, the wheelbase is 1300 mm, and the front brake is a 270 mm petal disc. The FI version has a 12-litre tank and a 790 mm seat. The rear suspension is a gas-filled monotube inverted shock with spring aid.

The official spec pages are messy. The ABS page lists a carburettor engine, a 16-litre tank and an unreadable seat height, all of which conflict with the FI page, so we have left those out. Kerb weight and rear brake depend on sub-version and are not listed, and the ABS type is not stated. Check the exact bike at the showroom before buying. Gloss Black, Racing Red and Matte Blue are offered.
