The Punch.ev is Tata's small electric SUV, and the refreshed version went on sale in Nepal in August 2026 through Sipradi Trading. The official Sipradi booking page lists three versions: the medium-range Smart+ 32 and the long-range Empowered 40 and Empowered+ S 40. Sipradi shows a starting price of Rs 33,99,000; the two long-range versions sit at around Rs 37 to 38 lakh.

Every version uses the same 95 kW permanent-magnet motor with 154 Nm of torque, an automatic drive and Eco, City and Sport modes. The long-range versions carry a 40 kWh battery. Sipradi quotes the range only as 300 to 325 km, without naming a test cycle, so treat it as a claim; real-world range on hilly Nepali roads will be lower.

At 3,880 mm long with a 2,445 mm wheelbase it is one of the shortest electric SUVs on sale here, which helps in Kathmandu traffic and tight parking. It still offers 195 mm of ground clearance and a 366-litre boot. Brakes are disc at the front and drum at the rear, and it rides on 195/60 R16 tyres. Five colours are offered, including Fearless Yellow and Empowered Oxide.
