The XEV 9S is Mahindra's three-row electric SUV: 4,737 mm long with seven seats, a 527-litre boot and a 2,762 mm wheelbase. Agni Incorporated showed it at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo in August 2026, where news reports gave Rs 60,00,000 for the 59 kWh Pack One Above. Agni's own website does not list it yet, so prices here are indicative and will be replaced by the official list when it appears.

Two battery sizes are offered. The 59 kWh version has a 170 kW rear motor and a claimed 521 km; the 79 kWh Pack Two Above has 210 kW and a claimed 679 km, both on India's MIDC test cycle, which reads higher than real driving (Nepal launch reports quoted about 350 and 450 km). Both get 380 Nm, rear-wheel drive, disc brakes all round, 205 mm ground clearance and 11.2 kW AC charging; DC fast charging is 140 kW on the smaller battery and 180 kW on the larger, with 20-80% in about 20 minutes.

Equipment is generous for the money: six airbags, ESC, cruise control, a 12.3-inch screen and an openable panoramic sunroof on both. The bigger battery adds a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS. Specifications come from Mahindra's Indian brochure and may differ in Nepal.
