Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 unveiled: 743cc twin, full specs, and what it could cost in Nepal
Wheels of Nepal · Last updated: · 10 min read
Royal Enfield has officially revealed the Himalayan 750, its biggest motorcycle yet: a 743cc parallel-twin making 55 PS and 63 Nm, with a 19-inch front wheel, cruise control, traction control, cornering ABS and tyre-pressure monitoring as standard. Royal Enfield's India page now lists the full specifications and five colours, but no India price yet, and Alpha Automotive has not announced a Nepal launch. Our rough Nepal estimate is below.

What has Royal Enfield revealed?
Royal Enfield's own words for it: "a machine made to go further than ever before". The company says it builds on ten years of the Himalayan, and the 750 is a bigger, more road-capable adventure tourer above the Himalayan 450. The headline facts from the official specification sheet:
- Engine: 743cc air-oil cooled inline twin, SOHC, 6-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield says 90% of the 63 Nm is available from 3,500 rpm.
- Chassis: a box-section spine frame with the engine as a stressed member, Showa 43 mm upside-down fork (190 mm travel, adjustable compression and rebound) and a Showa monoshock (175 mm travel, adjustable preload and rebound, with a remote preload adjuster).
- Wheels: 19-inch front, 17-inch rear, tubeless, with alloy or spoked wheels.
- Electronics: cornering ABS (switchable at the rear), lean-sensitive traction control, five riding modes (Road, Road Sport, Rain, Trail, Custom), cruise control, TPMS, and a 4-inch round TFT with Google Maps navigation.
- Touring: 17.8-litre tank, a windscreen adjustable in five positions, two USB-C ports, and a 194 kg payload with standard equipment.

The 750 is built as an adventure tourer: cruise control, TPMS and navigation are standard.

Himalayan 750 vs Himalayan 450
The Himalayan 450 is the adventure bike Royal Enfield sells in Nepal today. Here is how the 750 compares on Royal Enfield's own figures:
| Himalayan 450 | Himalayan 750 | |
|---|---|---|
| Engine | 452cc single | 743cc parallel twin |
| Power | 29.44 kW (about 40 PS) | 40.5 kW (55 PS) |
| Torque | 40 Nm | 63 Nm |
| Kerb weight | 196 kg | 224 kg |
| Seat height | 825 mm | 815 mm |
| Ground clearance | 230 mm | 205 mm |
| Front wheel | 21-inch (90/90-21) | 19-inch (110/80 R19) |
| Fuel tank | 17 litres | 17.8 litres |
| Nepal price | Rs 10.13 – 10.80 lakh | not announced |
| Himalayan 450 | 40 Nm |

| Himalayan 750 | 63 Nm |

What the numbers mean for Nepal riders:
- More torque, more relaxed touring: 58% more torque and a twin-cylinder engine should make highway runs, overtaking and two-up riding with luggage much easier.
- Lower seat: at 815 mm the seat is 10 mm lower than the 450's.
- Heavier, with less ground clearance: 224 kg is 28 kg more than the 450, and ground clearance drops from 230 mm to 205 mm. With a 19-inch front wheel instead of a 21-inch one, the 750 leans more towards road touring, while the 450 remains the lighter choice for rough trails.
Five colours
Royal Enfield lists Antarctic Silver (shown with the touring pack: Givi top box and panniers, heated grips, hand guards and an aluminium skid plate), Siberia White, Aztec Green, Viking Bronze and Tectonic Black. It notes that colour availability may change by market.

What could it cost in Nepal?
Royal Enfield's India page shows no price yet, and Alpha Automotive has not announced the bike for Nepal. So nobody can give a real Nepal price today. What we can do is show how Royal Enfield's adventure bikes are priced here, so you can work it out the day the India price is announced.
The Himalayan 450 rule of thumb. Royal Enfield launched the Himalayan 450 Mana Black at Motoverse 2025 at INR 3,37,000 ex-showroom in India (Eicher Motors press release). The same Mana Black costs Rs 10,80,000 in Nepal (Royal Enfield Nepal). That is about 3.2 Nepali rupees for every Indian rupee.
| If the India ex-showroom price were… | Nepal price at the Himalayan 450's ratio (×3.2) |
|---|---|
| INR 3,50,000 | about Rs 11.2 lakh |
| INR 4,00,000 | about Rs 12.8 lakh |
| INR 4,50,000 | about Rs 14.4 lakh |
| INR 5,00,000 | about Rs 16.0 lakh |
These India prices are examples to show the arithmetic, not reported prices. Our own rough guess is around Rs 13–15 lakh in Nepal, if the India price lands near INR 4–4.5 lakh. Treat it as an estimate only:
- The ratio comes from a 452cc bike. Nepal sets some vehicle taxes by engine size (our vehicle tax guide shows the yearly road tax bands), so a 743cc bike may cost more relative to India.
- The touring pack on the Antarctic Silver bike will likely cost extra.
| Scram 440 | 6.9 lakh |
|---|---|
| Guerrilla 450 | 8.99 lakh |
| Himalayan 450 | 10.13 lakh |

When could it come to Nepal?
Nothing is confirmed. EICMA, where the 750 was revealed, runs in Milan from 3 to 8 November 2026. Business Today has reported that an Indian showcase at Motoverse in Goa follows. Royal Enfield's UK page still says "stay updated", and its Nepal website does not list the 750 yet. We will update the Himalayan 750 page with the official Nepal price as soon as Alpha Automotive publishes it.

Royal Enfield calls it "all roads, no roads".
Questions and answers

Royal Enfield revealed it on 3 November 2026 and published its full specifications and colours on its India website. There is no India price yet, and it is not on sale in Nepal.
