With the largest engine of the Pulsars below the 250, the Pulsar 220F lists 220 cc, 15 kW and 18.55 Nm, paired with a 5-speed constant-mesh gearbox. HH Bajaj gives an indicative ex-showroom price of Rs 4,64,900 (official site, October 2026), which makes it Rs 15,000 cheaper than the NS200.

That price comparison needs context. The NS200 makes more power (18 kW), has dual-channel ABS and a USD fork, while the 220F lists a 280 mm front disc with ABS of an unstated type, a 230 mm rear disc, a telescopic fork and 5-way adjustable Nitrox twin rear shocks. The power figure itself is slightly uncertain: the distributor page says 20.9 PS, while Bajaj Auto Nepal states 15 kW (20.4 PS); we use the stated kW.

Practical points work in its favour. The 15-litre tank is the joint largest in Bajaj's lineup, and at 1165 mm tall it stands noticeably higher than the N and NS models, which list 1050 to 1100 mm. Kerb weight is 160 kg and ground clearance 165 mm. Four colours are listed: Red, Green, Bronze and Blue.

What to consider

  • Less power than the NS200, and no dual-channel ABS stated
  • ABS type not stated
  • Official sources differ slightly on power
