KTM bikes in Nepal start at Rs 6,44,900 for the 200 Duke and reach Rs 11,39,900 for the 390 Adventure, according to KTM Nepal (indicative ex-showroom prices, checked October 2026). Eight models are listed in three families: Duke naked bikes, RC sports bikes and Adventure tourers.

Which KTM is the cheapest in Nepal?
The 200 Duke at Rs 6,44,900. It has 18.39 kW and 19.3 Nm from a 199.5 cc engine, a 6-speed gearbox, a 13.5 L tank and a 159 kg kerb weight. The RC 200 uses the same size of engine for Rs 50,000 more (Rs 6,94,900) and has a taller 835 mm seat. KTM India lists a claimed mileage of 35 km/l for both 200s, which is a global figure.

The step from the 200 Duke to the 250 Duke costs Rs 1,35,000 (7,79,900 minus 6,44,900) for about 4.4 kW more. The step from the 250 Duke to the 390 Duke costs Rs 2,30,000 for about 10.3 kW more. The 250 and 390 Dukes both list a quickshifter and a 6-speed gearbox. The 390 Duke also lists cornering ABS, while the 200 and 250 list SuperMoto-mode ABS.
Is the RC 390 cheaper than the 390 Duke?
Yes. The RC 390 is Rs 9,44,900, which is Rs 65,000 below the 390 Duke at Rs 10,09,900. The RC is the full-fairing sports version: a 373.3 cc engine (the Duke has 399 cc), 32 kW against 33.1 kW, 172 kg against 171 kg and a taller 835 mm seat against 800 mm. KTM India lists a top speed of 170 km/h for the RC 390. That is a global figure, and Nepal's roads and speed limits are a different matter.

Which KTM is for touring or rough roads?
The Adventure family is built around ground clearance and tank size.

The 250 Adventure is the lowest price way into a KTM tourer, Rs 30,000 above the 250 Duke. The 390 Adventure is Rs 1,30,000 above the 390 Duke. The 390 Enduro R is Rs 55,000 cheaper than the 390 Adventure, but it is the tallest bike here (890 mm seat, 272 mm clearance) and has the smallest tank at 9 L, so it suits rough trails more than long highway days.
