Who it suits: Riders who want more power and modern rider aids than a 200 cc bike offers but are not ready for 390 Duke money.
Sitting between the 200 and 390, the 250 Duke uses a 249.07 cc single rated at 31 PS at 9,250 rpm (about 22.8 kW) and 25 Nm, with a six-speed gearbox. Its indicative ex-showroom price in Nepal is Rs 7,79,900 (official site, October 2026).
What the extra Rs 1,35,000 over the 200 Duke buys, according to the official page, is more electronics and bigger brakes. KTM lists ride-by-wire throttle, Quickshifter+ and a Type-C charging port, along with Bosch dual-channel ABS that includes a SuperMoto mode. The front disc grows to 320 mm with a four-piston radially mounted caliper, and the rear to 240 mm with a two-piston floating caliper. Kerb weight is a stated 165 kg and the tank holds 15 litres.
As with other Duke pages, several basics are missing: there is no seat height, ground clearance, suspension or tyre information, and no fuel economy figure. Colours are not named in text. The 250 Adventure uses the same engine figures for Rs 30,000 more, so it is worth comparing the two if your riding includes rough roads.
Indicative only. Banks add service charges and may price your loan differently.
