Who it suits: Budget-minded riders who want a 125 cc scooter with fat tyres and a low seat for mixed city and rough-road use.
The Storm 125 is Aprilia's most affordable scooter in Nepal and comes in two versions. The BS-VI Stage A model has an indicative ex-showroom price of Rs 3,39,900, and the BS-VI Stage B model is Rs 3,65,000 (official site, October 2026). Both use a 124.49 cc single-cylinder engine; the Stage A is rated at 7.3 kW and 9.7 Nm, the Stage B at 7.43 kW and 10.33 Nm.
What stands out on paper is the tyre size. Both versions roll on chunky tubeless 120/80-12 front and 130/80-12 rear tyres, a broad footprint for a 125 cc scooter that can help on loose surfaces and patched roads. Suspension is a 30 mm telescopic fork with an adjustable rear shock (five positions on the Stage B). Brakes are CBS with a 140 mm rear drum; the front disc is listed as 220 mm on the Stage A page and 200 mm on the Stage B page, as the site states it. Seat height is 755 mm, the lowest in Aprilia's lineup, and the tank holds 6.5 litres.
The Stage B costs Rs 25,100 more for a small gain in output and the newer emissions stage. Kerb weight, ground clearance and fuel economy are not listed for either version, and neither gets ABS.
Indicative only. Banks add service charges and may price your loan differently.
