The 500RR is a 470 cc inline-four supersport, an unusual layout at this size. The official spec sheet gives 62 kW at 13,500 rpm and 46 Nm at 11,500 rpm, with Bosch fuel injection and a recommendation for 95 RON petrol. Bikers Nepal does not publish a price on its site; the reported launch price is Rs 16.95 lakh, down from an original Rs 18.50 lakh, and we list it as indicative.
The feature list is long: TFT display, traction control, ride-by-wire, an up-and-down quick shifter, launch control, ABS, a single-sided swingarm, a steering stabiliser, riding modes and a lean-angle display. That puts a lot of track-style electronics in a mid-size package.
What the site does not show is just as important. The dimension and chassis tabs did not load for us, so there is no weight, seat height, ground clearance or brake detail here. The high-revving engine and premium fuel requirement also suit open roads more than daily city traffic.
