Wuling's Mini EV is one of the cheapest ways into an electric car in Nepal. The Standard Range costs Rs 20,99,000 and the Long Range Rs 22,99,000 (indicative ex-showroom prices, official site price list dated September 2026). The Rs 2 lakh step buys a bigger battery, 25.1 kWh against 16.2 kWh, and a claimed range of 301 km instead of 205 km. Both figures are on the CLTC cycle, which tends to be more generous than WLTP, so plan on noticeably less in daily use.

This is a genuinely small car: 3,268 mm long with four seats and rear-wheel drive from a 30 kW motor. That makes it easy to park in crowded city lanes, but 30 kW is modest, so expect unhurried progress on steep climbs with four people aboard. AC charging from 20 to 100 percent takes a claimed 4.8 hours on the Standard and 7.2 hours on the Long Range, which suits overnight charging at home; DC from 30 to 80 percent takes about 35 minutes.

Safety equipment is reasonable for the price: two airbags, ESC, ABS with EBD, disc brakes front and rear and a rear camera, plus a 10.1-inch screen. Ground clearance is not listed, and only Starry Black is named as a colour.
