The FQi 300 is one of NIU's two higher-powered scooters in Nepal, listed from an indicative ex-showroom price of Rs 3,85,000 (official site, October 2026). Its motor peaks at 4.8 kW (4.2 kW rated), and NIU quotes 190 Nm, which is a torque figure measured at the wheel rather than at the motor. Top speed is 88 km/h, the highest of any NIU scooter here.

Power comes from two 72V 28Ah lithium-ion batteries; NIU does not give the total in kWh. Claimed range is 150 km and a full charge takes 3 to 4 hours, which is quick enough to top up during a working day as well as overnight. Ground clearance of 165 mm is reasonable for speed breakers and patchy roads. Braking uses a 220 mm front disc and 180 mm rear disc with CBS. The scooter measures 1,970 mm long and 710 mm wide, and the listed weight is 127 kg, although the same figure appears on other NIU pages.

It is offered in five colours: Blue, Red, Black, White and one the site spells Dessert. Its sibling, the FQiX 300, carries the same starting price, so compare the two carefully.
