Who it suits: Riders who want a budget dual-purpose bike for mixed village roads and light trails rather than a full dirt machine.
The Tracker 250 is Crossfire's entry model in Nepal and costs far less than its siblings, at an indicative ex-showroom price of Rs 4,10,000 (official site, October 2026). Despite the name, it uses a smaller 223 cc engine: an air-cooled, two-valve, carburettor single making 12.5 kW and 17 Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and both electric and kick start.
The simpler engine has a practical upside. Crossfire claims 30 to 35 km/l, and with a 7.5-litre tank it should cover more distance between fills than the 250 cc dirt bikes. It rolls on a 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheel (80/100-19 and 120/90-16), a combination that suits gravel tracks and village roads as much as tarmac. It comes in Black / Red.
The weak point is the published data. The Tracker's spec table on the official site is misaligned, so brake and suspension figures could not be read reliably, and its dimensions appear copied from the HJ 250. We have therefore left out seat height, ground clearance, weight and brake sizes. Check those at the showroom, especially seat height, before deciding.
Indicative only. Banks add service charges and may price your loan differently.
