Who it suits: Commuters who want a well-equipped mid-priced electric scooter with a long claimed range.
The Nova is the one of the better-equipped 74-volt scooters. Its indicative ex-showroom price is Rs 2,98,000 (official site, October 2026), and it comes in Cream, Blue and Black.
A hub motor rated at 4 kW (5 kW peak) gives a stated top speed of 85 km/h or more. The battery is a 74V 50Ah lithium iron phosphate pack, and Keren claims 150 km of range without naming a test standard. LFP chemistry generally tolerates frequent charging well, and a 0 to 80% charge takes about three and a half hours. Both wheels are 12-inch, braking is by hydraulic discs with CBS, and ground clearance is 160 mm, which is adequate for Kathmandu's speed breakers.
What separates the Nova from the cheaper Blaze Pro, which shares its power, battery and range figures, is the feature list. The Nova adds cruise control to the traction control, reverse mode and slope hold both models list. Whether that is worth Rs 18,000 is the main question for buyers. Its dimensions are identical to other Keren models on the site, so treat them as indicative.
